Postumus. 260-269 AD. BI Antoninianus (2.84g, 20mm). ‘Barbaric Issue. Irregular mint. Struck circa 268 AD. Obv.: IMP C POSTV[MVS P F AVG], radiate, draped and cuirassed bust to right. Rev.: SALVS AVG, Salus standing right, feeding snake holding in her right hand out of patera. Cf. RIC 328 (legend type of Victorinus). Imitative issues of Postumus are quite scarse. VF.
