Paphlagonia, Sinope. Circa 410-350 BC. AR Drachm (5.69g, 18mm). A contemporary imitation. Obv.: head of the nymph Sinope to right, her hair bound in a sakkos. Rev. ΣΙNΩ, sea-eagle with spread wings standing left on a dolphin to left; to right above, ⅂ΛI. Cf. SNG BM Black Sea 1384-1435 (for prototype). Test cut, toned VF.
