Maximilian Heinrich von Bayern (1621–1688) was Prince-Bishop of Liège from 1650 to 1688. He was also Archbishop-Elector of Cologne, ruling multiple territories within the Holy Roman Empire. His reign in Liège was marked by political maneuvering, aligning with France to counter Habsburg influence.
Liège Under Maximilian Heinrich
