Attica, Athens. Circa 454-404 BC. AR Tetradrachm (17.02g, 26mm). Obv.: head of Athena right, wearing crested Attic helmet. Rev.: AΘE, owl standing right, head facing; olive sprig and crescent behind; all within incuse square. Kroll 8; Svoronos pl. 12. Interesting punch mark with head right on obverse, circular test in between owl’s legs, few bumps and scratches, otherwise nice VF.
