Honorius or Arcadius. 393-423 AD. AE4 (0.99g, 13mm). Irregular mint. Contemporary imitative issue. Struck circa 400 AD. Obv.: pearl-diademed bust right. Rev.: emperor standing facing, head right, resting on grounded spear and shield; to his right, Victory standing facing, head left, crowning him with a wreath. Cf RIC 61 (constantinople for prototype). Nice VF.
